Hello everyone,
I am 22 year old girl and currently I am studying and also start preparing for competitive exam. For the last several days I have been trying to get up for the Tahajjud prayer and Fajr prayer but I am unable to get up.how can I overcome ? Plz guide me.

what I would recommend which personally works for me is setting the intention, hear me out. This involves sleep early enough so your body is not too tired to wake up. sleep with Wudu so it’s easier in the morning and also try and not touch any electronics 1hr before sleeping rather spend this hour reading your night Surahs and engaging in Dhirk. If you fail to sleep or find it difficult read more Qur’an and recite Salawat. I hope this helps and May Allah Ta’Ala reward us for all our efforts.
